Error establishing a database connection This means that the username and password information is incorrect or AxROI cannnot contact the database server. This could mean that the database server is down or that the information in settings.php is not correct. Are you sure you have the correct username and password? Are you sure you have typed the correct hostname? Are you sure that the database server is running? If you are unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host.
